Administrative Associate (In-House) - GSC
Job Description:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, facilities, or office support roles
- Strong background in office operations, inventory management, and facilities coordination
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills (hardware, network, and office systems)
- Experience in procurement, vendor coordination, and supply management
- Familiarity with workplace safety, compliance standards, and ISO practices is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper upkeep
- Support new hire onboarding, including workspace setup, IDs, and equipment distribution
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and facility services (e.g., repairs, security, utilities)
- Provide basic IT and operational support for employees (onsite and remote)
- Assist with employee engagement activities, client visits, and workplace inquiries
- Oversee asset tracking and clearance process for exiting employees
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance requirements
- Support administrative projects such as office expansion, renovations, and regulatory coordination
- Ensure workplace safety, security systems, and adherence to company and regulatory standards
