Job Description:

Working as part of a collaborative and high performing team, a passion for administration, events, marketing and customer service and a can-do attitude is an absolute must.

This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while driving our marketing website content and social media presence. This dual role requires a blend of organisational skills and creative marketing acumen. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating office activities and internal and external events, and developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.

Key social media & marketing responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing events and activities
  • Maintain client database and mailings lists
  • Assist with content management of website
  • Assist with the coordination of social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn) for the Firm and Directors
  • Actively contribute to marketing and campaign plans, industry events and professional Activities
  • Assist with coordination and creation of marketing communications (e-newsletter, EDM's)
  • Assist with organising firms' events in Manila and Australia, manage social calendar

Key office management responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Manager in relation to department operation
  • Support the Business Manager with various functions including general administration in relation to the business operations in Manila and Australia
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

The successful candidate should possess:

  • A degree qualification, (preferably in marketing or business-related subjects but other subjects also considered)
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing role in a professional services firm
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in using Social Media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
  • Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and ROI
  • Stay update with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Technology savvy including AV knowledge
  • Ability to create engaging and tailored content and marketing materials
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated can-do attitude is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
