Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Level 1 and 2 Support and taking initial Incident tickets, monitoring, performing, and providing initial troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts on various online platforms such as O365, AWS, and other platforms.
- Escalates unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for more - in-depth troubleshooting.
- Evaluate hardware/software issues encountered by clients for office use remotely via TeamViewer.
- Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation.
- Create On-Boarding and Off Boarding processes for an account and profile creation.
- Maintain and administer clients' IT infrastructure, including cloud servers, networks, applications software, and all configurations.
- Monitor the performance of server systems and networks and coordinate Systems Analysts regarding network and servers access and use.
- Responsible for documenting any IT-related procedures, guidelines, processes, and knowledgebase documents.
- Responsible for creating, troubleshooting, and managing DNS and SSL using GoDaddy and CertifyTheWeb.
- Provides back-end support and maintenance of clients' websites such as deployments in productions servers.
Requirements:
- A graduate of Bachelor in Science in Computer Science / Information Technology and related courses.
- At least 1 year(s) of IT Support experience.
- Written and verbal English communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments
- Working knowledge with any IT ticketing system
- Hands-on experience in O365 installation and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge in troubleshooting IT-related issues in computer peripherals, like printers and scanners, wifi and network connections, and emails
- Minimal experience in AWS or Azure or any Cloud Technology
- Flexible with schedule changes
- Preferably with knowledge of O365 administration.
- Communicate and resolves issues in a timely manner.
